Mission Statement The Hot Tub shops listed on this site are dedicated local spa specialists who provide expert hot tub advice and after sales service, many are family owned and operated. They do not engage in phoney offers and sales, huge discounts off inflated prices, home sales visits masquerading as “home surveys “ or selling small spas that look big on a website. You will find honest straight forward pricing, friendly advice and will be able to see, try and evaluate the features and quality of the hot tubs and make an informed choice to chose the hot tub, colour and specification that suits you best, without added “extras” Individual dealers may offer hot tub finance options but we warn customers to beware of “interest free” offers found elsewhere, the terms of these need to be looked at very carefully and may be adding to the price of the product. Elsewhere many companies have prices for spas that can be up to £6,000 more than the same spa would cost in the USA. Sadly a high price does not always mean you are looking at a high specification hot tub. Many companies use their website simply to get your details and then bombard you with sales calls, the worst offenders are those that dare not list branded product prices for fear of comparison with American and Canadian sites selling the same spas When shopping for hot tubs always ask for a current price list, if the models are 2007 and what are the penalties for not meeting finance deal terms. Remember if you do buy off a website you are covered by remote selling regulations and can return the product, and if not informed of your rights by the seller have a three month timetable to work in. The unregulated Internet is a dangerous place for the purchaser with companies’ sites not always truly reflecting their operation and we have already seen an Internet operator on the BBC Watchdog, one of our dealers allowed watchdog to do background filming for this programme. |
